This deck packs a scary lineup of 9 Hand Traps, opting for Droll & Lock Bird instead of the usual Ghost Reaper & Winter Cherries. Having a WIND Hand Trap also allows for Invoked Raijin to be summoned out.

Set Rotation to rush out the field spells from the deck. The Field Spells are after all, the playmakers of the deck. Destrudo the Lost Dragon's Frisson engine to complement the deck, although Dragon Ravine is only played at one, likely due to space constraints.

Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight is a decent monster with a playable effect to enable Gateway to Chaos if it is drawn into or given to by the opponent.



With cards like Torrential Tribute and Skill Drain it is obvious the deck aims to farm and stun while mantaining advantantage, in both field and hand. Invoked Mechaba can help with that but one would have to be very wary since ABC-Dragon Buster is now Limited to one copy. With no cards played to recover it from the banished or graveyard, it would be as good as gone forever once it is destroyed.

The deck relies heavily on Hand Traps to prevent SPYRAL decks from taking off, while seizing the delay to take control of the board. Along with HEROes, this Invoked-ABC variant might just have what it takes to threaten SPYRAL decks, since to topple them would be too optimistic.
