As mentioned in a tweet reply, the Blank Cards in the deck are 1 Pot of Desires in the Main Deck and 2 System Down in the Side Deck.

There isn't any feasible method to destroy Zoodiac Ramram except wait for it to be destroyed by battle. Zoodiac Bunnyblast helps with the occasional reuse of resources I guess.

To be fair, the past interations of Zoodiacs are far behind us. Gone were the days of combo and "Zoodiac Drident set 4 End Turn". The current Zoodiac feels like a mixture between a Meta Beat and Anti-Meta. To the archetype's credit, it is unhindered by Gozen Match which is capable of giving plenty of decks enough trouble. Macro Cosmo also packs a lot of hate for the current top decks. Dinosaurs lose their graveyard. ABC decks have to work their way around it. And Invoked and True Draco lose their archetype's utility and speciality.

Zoodiac's current utility lies in Zoodiac Whiptail and Zoodiac Boarbow, in my opinion. The ability to banish an opponent's monster it battles and to attack directly is not something to underestimate. However, it is clear that the deck itself is lacking as the user compensated it with Scapegoat to enable Link Summoning. Solemn Traps are also present for field control.

As it has been for the past few months, Hand Traps are quite phenomenal. Artifact Lancea is in the Main Deck as it does not interfere with the deck's playing style. This would give the deck a slight advantage against certain matchups during Game 1.

Mind Control is there to augment the deck's strength in working around threats. With Proxy Dragon, the stolen monster will probably never be returned at the End Phase.

Also, to prove it is not a 2 or 4 man tournament:

@iriyairiya928 achieved a personal score of 4-1 while his team's final score was 3-2
1) True King Yang Zing Dino XX
2) True King Yang Zing Dino OXO
3) Infernoid OO
4) True King Yang Zing Dino XOO
5) Invoked True Draco XOO

I would have reccomended the WIND Kaiju Gadarla, the Mystery Dust Kaiju to make multiple Missus Radiants a more potent threat. However, 2700ATK is definitely scary and that may not be the best idea.
More traps can be added into the deck to outresrouce/stun your opponent. Mirror Force traps are always welcomed. Magical Cylinder trolls and surprises opponents. Compulsory Evacuation Device is pretty decent for the current metagame.

Conclusion
The deck isn't dead, but I won't say that it is alive. To me, it really feels like a control deck that plenty of archetypes can fill the role of. Tellarknights, Yosenju, Gadgets.

Right now as I type this, I wonder how many angry souls will read this, annoyed at Zoodiacs.
