The deck capitalises on the interaction between Metalfoes and the True Draco archetype to rush out Master Peace the True Dracoslaying King.
Two copies of Chicken Game is played to enable Revolving Stage. The other spells in the deck holds no surprises, being commonly seen staples.
PSY-Frame archtype in the Side Deck is meant to negate other Hand Traps during your turn, such as Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring. (Previously mentioned). When you summon it out during your turn you get to Synchro Summon too, hence the Non-WIND Synchro monsters in the Extra Deck.
Skull Meister is picking up as a common Hand Trap to combat the resolution of True Draco S/T in the graveyard. Whereas Greydle Eagle is a nice tech card.
Conclusion
The deck can be further improved by leveraging on the Metalfoes' Normal monsters and play Link Spider along with Decode Talker. A lone copy of Blackwing - Gofu the Vague Shadow can be used to allow more Extra Deck monsters onto the field but at the same time, conflicts with the WindWitch archetype.
