A Nimble engine + Lightlord engine + Plant engine + ClownBlade engine+ Frog engine + PSY-Frame engine + Lekunga + That Grass Looks Greener.

Basically a 'mill-and-hope-for-best' type of deck.

Surely at 60 cards there will be some consistency issues. But this is a more casual deck idea than compeititve one. After all, who doesn't like swarming the field and Link Summoning your way to victory?

The Extra Deck is probably what you can expect - A bunch of Link Monsters and Gem-Knight Seraphinite and Rank 4s.

Only 1 Lekunga is played since you can easily retreive and reuse it with Firewall Dragon.

I would personally play two Dandylions though. This deck belongs to SanganFTK, one of the authors on Dueling "C" you might not even know exist since he doesn't write. :)
