Stray observations and comments:
  • Typical 60-card deck abusing Lawnmowing Next Door.
  • Lightlord engine pushes for the mills, while Fairy Tale - Snow makes full use of the banished spells as cost to summon itself from the grave. Acts as a counter towards opposing Zoodiacs deck by flipping monsters face down, hence making them unable to be used as xyz materials.
  • Zoodiac engine allows you to access Bujuntei Kagutsuchi, and Zoodiac Broadbull can search out Bujin Hiruko, which in turn allows you to change Kagutsuchi into Amaterasu. Amaterasu can special summon a Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit banished by Fairy Tale - Snow to reuse its effect and even add a banished Maxx "C" into hand during the opponent's turn. These are just the more fun ways to make use of Amaterasu's effect.
    • Amaterasu can also be summoned using three level 4s.
  • Side Deck seems decent and standard
    • Flying "C" for Zoodiacs while keeping Tellarknights and HEROes in check
    • Torrential Tribute for mass field clearance.
    • Artifact Lancea against Infernoids and Eidolons.
    • Anti-Spell Fragrance can slow down any spell-heavy decks, such as Zoodiacs and Eidolons as well, but is more famously known for shutting down pendulum decks. At this point Anti-Spell Fragrance feels like a staple Side Deck option.
    • Book of Eclipse for escaping lockdowns, and finally, Cosmic Cyclone takes the cake as the best Spell/Trap removal option for the meta.
If you have any questions regarding the card choices (e.g. Why Cosmic Cyclone) or any plays (how do you make Bujintei Kagutsuchi, feel free to comment below or approach me. I will try my best to provide you with a reasonable answer.
Once again, do note that I didn't create this deck. I merely put the picture into words.

  1. Why Cosmic Cyclone? Lol

  2. Cosmic Cyclone prevents Artifact monsters and traps from triggering their effects, and also denies Elemental Triangle of the Twelve Zoodiacs its secondary effect from the grave. All of these are a 1-for-1 card exchange as opposed to Twin Twister's potential 2-for-1 card exchange.
